Just wanted to say I always enjoy your videos. Your channel might not be as big as other shmup youtubers, but its always nice to see a new video uploaded every week from you. Especially when you cover more obscure stuff even if its not a particularly great game.

I’ve been loving this game. The story is garbage and the path concept is pretty inconsequential in story mode, but endless mode, omg. There is a ton of strategy involved, since your ship choice and how you spend your cash in the early levels make a huge difference in the later levels. The snap decision you need to make at the start of a level throws some variety into the mix, because the bonuses and penalties can make all the difference, and you only have a few seconds to choose your path. I get that this isn’t for everyone, but I absolutely LOVE endless mode.

I really enjoyed GanaBlade when it first came out, and managed to get the Gana 1CC on Normal after a day or two. I definitely need to go back and get the Blade 1CC, as well as trying the harder modes. Great game!

Im the programmer of "Riders 2491", you made the best video of my game, the only one who understand a lot of things, you deserve more views, you really know what you talk about. It has a few flaws and lack of polish here and there but they're on the right track for Operation Galuga 2. Its very nice to have Contra back!

No offense, but I feel you are faulting bad game design to cover up for you sissiness. This game is hard, and I see overcoming the sections that you define as "bad game design" as part of the challenge.

This one is exactly the kind if game ACA should be bringing...i think its a brilliant game and reasonably obscure

Been looking forward to this one! Similar to GanaBlade, it should scratch that classic console shooter itch.

Great review! I had the same feelings about it after I bought it a week or two ago. I'm hoping the dev adds more to the game later, but I still had a lot of fun with it.

You're probably not going to believe me, but I just skimmed every single Shoot em up Saturday in about 2 days. I have a really bad sinus infection, so I've been trapped in bed with my Switch a lot. I just wanted to say this channel is an absolutely astounding resource for a modern shmup fan. The amount of shmups you can learn about from just this channel alone is bordering on absurd. You're awesome. Thank you.

My favorite 360 game, I always hoped we’d see it again and Cosmo delivered! The only thing I’m sad about is they didn’t make it the definitive version and include the enhanced content. No playable Faintear for us 😔 maybe they’ll update the switch version one day or I’ll hunt down the Enhanced version for PS2, and a Japanese PS2. I bought the Japanese switch game but I’ll double dip for the Western release by Red Art Games, they added multi-language support that I’m unsure will be applied to the JP release.

This is one I only knew in name, but had never played it, even back in the early days of MAME when I was trying all sorts of arcade classics. But I'm curious to give it a go.

Its actually a bit more creepy than just the bosses & music Chef. At 1:21 it says 9 - 11 19XX, then the first stage features both a north tower, & south tower type buildings, crumbling down at 2:14. Is it just a coincidence? Is it cause Im still buzzing from last night? Who the hell knows?

The sound makes my ears sad.
